Resource Wiki

Besides sharing our experiences or opinion, we want to be a repository for mental health resources that you might use on your road to recovery. If your friend or family member is going through a particularly tough time, do consider reading our resources and aid them in recovering.

Remember that mental health is as important as our physical health. Mental health is real and impacts our lives the same, if not more, than physical health. Your friend or family member needs you more than ever.

We host our own wiki of resources that you can read to the right.

Are you in distress?

If you require emergency help, please do not hesitate in calling Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) or the Institute of Mental Health (IMH).

The above numbers are for those in Singapore only. Do not hesitate to call the police (999), emergency ambulance (995) or non-emergency ambulance (1777) if you require their attention.

For international readers who need urgent help, please refer to your local psychiatric unit or use this list of Suicide Prevention Hotlines (Credit: International Bipolar Foundation).
